Features

100% goats cheese from the Camprodon Valley, Garrotxa variety (mature cheese with an outer skin with natural mold) made with pasteurized goats milk coagulation and mixed to a soft buttery paste. Very little salt and a slight acidity.

Tasting

Soft and milky taste with aromas of goats milk and a taste of nuts, which varies according to the maturity.

Maturation

Hard skin covered for at least 3 weeks.

Conservation

6ºC.

Used by date

6 months (Preferably consumed before the date indicated on the product).
