Macabeu: Area of lower coastal Penedès, at a height up to 200m.

Xarel·lo: Area of the Penedès depression, at a height between 280 and 350m.

Parellada: Pre-coastal area, at a height from 450m. 


Macabeu 34%, Xarel·lo 33% i Parellada 33%.


At least 15 months.

11,5 %Alc.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow, lemony green hues. Fine and lively bubble.

Complex and elegant aroma with floral, citrus and candied orange peel notes. Touches of broom, white flowers, spices and grapefruit.

Intense, dry and fresh. Notes of green apple with hints of fresh grass, white fruit and lemon peel. Long and excellent citrus acidity. Well-structured and great finish.


Appetizers, lightly-seasoned salads, fish rice dishes, smoked meat, white meat, cooked seafood and grilled white fish.

Serving temperature: 5-6ºC.
