Macabeu: Area of lower coastal Penedès, at a height up to 200 m.

Xarel·lo: Area of the Penedès depression, at a height between 280 and 350 m.

Parellada: Pre-coastal area, at a height from 450 m. Chardonnay: High Penedès area, Pontons or La Llacuna


Macabeu 30%, Xarel·lo 25% i Parellada 30% i 15% Chardonnay.


24 to 36 months with natural cork.

Alcohol content

11,5 %Alc.

Tasting notes

Bright yellow with lemony hues. Fine and persistent bubble.

Intense aroma with a predominance of fresh vegetal, broom, orange blossom and almond notes with citrus, bread dough and yeast undertones.

Tasty and very fine. Certain creaminess, smoky and spicy notes in the finish. Good citrus acidity, grapefruit and bitter almond undertones. Vinous, balanced and long. 


Oily fish, smoked salmon, rice fish dishes, mature and blue cheese, red meat, pasta dishes and, why not, just on its own, mid-afternoon or after dinner.

Serving temperature:  6ºC i 7ºC.
