Trepat: Pre-coastal area, at a height from 450 m.

Monestrell: Area of the Penedès depression, at a height between 280 and 350 m.


Trepat 80% i Monestrell 20%.

Tasting notes

Pink with deep ruby hues. Clean and bright. Fine and persistent bubble.

Excellent aromatic intensity with light elegant floral undertones of rose petals and fine pastry aromas perfectly blended with hints of white fruits and ripe picota cherries. Sweetish, balanced and elegant. Surprising soft fresh aromas and depth as a whole.

Vinous attack, vibrant acidity and pleasant dryness to the finish. The mousse melts in the mouth leaving a hint of the cuvée fruits and light floral undertones


Appetizers, fish rice dishes, rice stews, cured sausage, white meats, seafood in sauce, white fish in sauce, fruit desserts with white chocolate and strawberries

Serving temperature 5ºC i 7ºC.
