The aroma starts with a strong expression of notes of cherry and fresh black fruit (plums, blueberries ...). It continues with a persisting dominance of fresh fruit, which along with the balsamic hints, typical of the area, adds up to notes of cocoa and nuts, followed by a perception of a mineral spring.
In the mouth there is the strong sensation of eating fruit ranging from fresh fruit to notes of aromatic coffee and spices (cardamom)
There is a lingering taste in the mouth that you do not tire of, surrounded by roasted flavours and hints of sweet Oak from the barrel.
